We Follow A Simple Yet Highly Transparent Hiring Process
We begin by understanding the client’s needs in detail. This includes job roles, skill requirements, number of vacancies, salary structure, preferred nationalities, and other essential details. All inputs are collected through a comprehensive requirement document.
Next, we gather all mandatory documents from the employer, including the demand letter, power of attorney, specimen employment contract, and other country-specific requirements necessary for recruitment authorization.
We arrange for an invitation letter to facilitate visa stamping for the employer’s delegate. Upon visa approval, we coordinate with the client to finalize a mutually convenient interview schedule for candidate screening.
Selected candidates undergo a complete medical check-up to ensure fitness for the job. We then dispatch all documents—including candidate profiles, photos, and medical reports—in a single consolidated file to the client.
Once the visas are processed, the client shares visa copies with us within three weeks. Candidates are then scheduled to travel within 15 days from the date of visa issuance, ensuring smooth deployment.
All recruited candidates come with a 3-month probation period, giving the employer ample time to assess performance. If any candidate is found unsuitable, we offer immediate replacement as per agreement.
